Pricing

Payment details will be required before initiating the remote session but will not be charged until the end of the session. Payments and invoices will be processed through Square; our payment processing partner. 

• Onsite Commercial price - $115/h
• Remote support for both residential and commercial is $20 per 15 minutes. 
• On-site residential services are $90 an hour. We will provide after hours support for a surcharge of $50/h. 

Managed IT Services will require an agreed-upon service level agreement. These are signed documents that outline the support terms, including term length and support. expectations and requirements. 

Backup and Recovery Services: Corporate customers may benefit by having the ability to fully design and implement a complete disaster recover place. This can include a combination of online backup services, or on-site hardware-based back-up solutions.
