Remote Services
Available for both residential and commercial customers, Tech Noir IT offers a wide range of trouble shooting and support options including network support, wireless network support, virus removal, managed IT support, and more.
Onsite Services
This includes desktop and laptop repair, network design and implementation, wireless network support, software and hardware acquisition, and reselling, virus removal, training, security hardening, and break/fix support services.
Backup & Recovery
We provide online backup services for residential and corporate customers. Our process enables us to create and store copies of your data that will be available to be restored on the event of error, disaster, failure, or cyberattack.

Pricing
Payment details will be required before initiating the remote session but will not be charged until the end of the session. Payments and invoices will be processed through Square; our payment processing partner.
- Onsite Commercial price - $115/h
- Remote support for both residential and commercial is $20 per 15 minutes.
- On-site residential services are $90 an hour. We will provide after hours support for a surcharge of $50/h.
Managed IT Services will require an agreed-upon service level agreement. These are signed documents that outline the support terms, including term length and support. expectations and requirements.
Backup and Recovery Services: Corporate customers may benefit by having the ability to fully design and implement a complete disaster recover place. This can include a combination of online backup services, or on-site hardware-based back-up solutions.
